Since 1996,Inform-IT, Knowledge Center for Service Management, focuses on the development, promotion, and distribution of knowledge in the field of service management. Inform-IT is managed by Jan van Bon. Inform-IT offers top-class training on various service management topics, including the USM Method. Inform-IT also is the accredited organization for USM exams. As an accredited USM Partner, Inform-IT uses the USM Method for the improvement of service organizations. As a co-developer of this method, Inform-IT is an acknowledged subject matter expert, and the USM Group specialist on quality management systems and standards (ISO, NEN), and on education. Inform-IT develops, produces, and publishes management books: now more than 80 different titles, in up to 16 languages. Apart from trainings, Inform-IT also provides short inspiration and introductory sessions on service management. Customers can determine which issues need to be addressed.
