Our approach has two key components: • A wide range of collaborative processes and practical micro-skills that are easily understood. • Building emotional resilience so that people can remain centred, and actually apply these processes and skills across a wide range of workplace challenges. The Groupwork Institute now provides an Advanced Diploma of Group Facilitation (the world's first nationally accredited facilitation qualification) and an Advanced Diploma of Management (collaborative management focus). Alongside these course, a wide range of short courses and in-house training are offered to help people work well together.
