Article I – Alamo PMI Chapter, Project Management Institute, San Antonio Texas and Surrounding area Section 1. Alamo Project Management Institute/Non-Profit Incorporation. This organization shall be called the Project Management Institute, Alamo Project Management Institute Chapter (hereinafter “the ALAMO PMI”). This organization is the Alamo PMI chartered by the Project Management Institute, Inc. (hereinafter “PMI®”) and separately incorporated as a non-profit, tax exempt corporation (or equivalent) organized under the laws of STATE OF TEXAS. ALL Components formed within the United States must be incorporated as 501(c) (6) organization.
