The Family Health Center of Southern Oklahoma (FHCSO) is a private, non-profit Federally Qualified Community Health Center providing primary health care to the medically under-served population within Southeastern Oklahoma. It has been in operation since January 2004 and currently has three (4) Oklahoma facilities located in Tishomingo, Coalgate, Atoka, and Kingston. FHCSO focuses on not only improving the health of the individual, but on improving the health status of the entire community.
