Women Leaders of Color is a Cornell undergraduate student organization committed to empowering and providing resources to women of color who aspire to step into leadership positions in their community, workplace, and beyond. Through mentorship programs, inspirational speaking seminars, workshops, and events, WLC aims to enable opportunities and promote leadership and professional development among women of color in the Cornell community.
