The core team consists of young, committed and dynamic professionals who bring together their rich work experience across diverse sectors with proven skills in research, policy analysis, strategic consulting, communications and media management, government relations and information technology. The founding team members are alumni of some of the leading academic institutions such as the University of Oxford, Institute of Development Studies-Sussex, Harvard University, Tata Institute of Social Sciences, University of Hyderabad, Nirma University, Jadavpur University amongst others and have engaged with organizations such as Ernst & Young, The World Bank, Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Ministry of Rural Development, Prime Minister's Rural Development Fellows (PMRDF), Teach for India, J-PAL South Asia, The Indian Express, CNN-IBN and Adam Smith International during their professional careers.
