Corsair Merchant Partners is an international boutique merchant banking and financial advisory firm that is focused on the Manufacturing, Energy, Natural Resources and Technology industry sectors (i.e. “M.E.N.T”). We have two operating business groups: Corsair Merchant Partners and Corsair Advisory Partners: Corsair Merchant Partners consist of Merchant Banking and Capital Formation activities; and Corsair Advisory Partners consist of Financial Advisory and Management Consulting activities. Corsair’s merchant banking approach is based on the European merchant banking model (i.e. Rothschild, Lazard, Robert Fleming & Hambro) whereby Corsair engages in merchant banking functions such as capital raising and mergers & acquisition advisory services. On such deals Corsair may participate as a Principal by taking a debt or equity position in the transaction; and/or assume a senior management role as a Principal or Partner with our M.E.N.T client(s). Corsair is in the process of establishing the “Amon Fund” as our primary merchant banking funding vehicle. Corsair’s advisory approach is to provide valuable capital structure and strategic solutions to our clients. Services include: project finance, business development, corporate and municipal management consulting services. Our clients include privately & publicly owned companies and project finance sponsors – domestic & international; as well as municipal governments – both domestic & international.
