Each Star H-R candidate is put through a rigorous screening and selection process consisting of skill assessments to pinpoint extraordinary performers with the right skills and expertise; an in-depth behavioral interview to assess work habits and validate past performance; verification of employment; a 15 minute safety video and quiz as well as an extensive orientation to ensure our commitment to safety and operational excellence.
