El Mobadara is a central NGO providing capacity building for other NGOs and working as a facilitator. This network is established within Small & Medium Enterprise Development Project in Upper Egypt in partnership with the Foundation for International Training (FIT). The three Regional Enterprise Development Centers (REDECs) are local NGOs working as services providers, to provide the services directly to the entrepreneurs in their local governorates, namely in Beni-Suef, Sohag and Qena.
