Recording, preserving, passing on stories of black and white Australians working together for positive outcomes, so current and future generations have a more balanced view of how Aborigines and Torres Strait Islanders work with newer arrivals to benefit communities all around the nation. Australian Black/White Stories Ltd auspices under the Documentary Australia banner. From Redfern to Roebourne, Fortitude Valley to Forest and Northcote to Nhulunbuy, these first-hand, positive true stories will be preserved - often in native language -and incorporated into into education for future generations. We're preserving stories of big and small projects where learnings, skills, advice and knowledge is shared in metropolitan, regional, remote and urban settings so we all get to live in a better place. Some projects are small, locally-based and servicing one community, others are multi-million dollar undertakings spread around Australia. They all have black and white Australians working together for positive results. We are just starting out and already we have Australian Charities and Not for profit Commission registration, tax free donations status and we are partnering with Documentary Australia and other wonderful enterprises who believe this is important work that needs to be captured now.
