At Commonwealth Chiropractic and Physical Therapy, our doctors are concerned with your health and wellness. The steps to optimal health and wellness start with evaluating your problem, reviewing your health history, and doing exams to find and identify the underlying cause of your problem, pain, and/or health issue. Once we have been able to determine the actual cause of your problem, we will prepare an individualized treatment plan to eliminate your pain, restore your mobility and range of motion, and correct the underlying problem. Then our care will transition into the wellness phase. During the wellness phase, our goal is to keep you healthy and free of pain. Depending on your condition we may give you some simple exercises to do, or schedule adjustments to maintain continued wellness and health.
