Gavius has been one of the 20 selected projects by the Urban Innovative Actions (UIA) program and consists of the creation of a virtual assistant to communicate to citizens the social assistance they need and automate the process of application and subsequent collection. This project is born from the desire to take a step forward to become a proactive administration with the citizenship, through the new technologies and the management of Big Data.
