Following eager encouragement and recognised potential Terry moved to a commercial kitchen in South Wales, to craft our quality desserts under the brand Terry’s Patisserie Ltd. Since being est. in 2011 our focus has consistently been on providing personal solutions and to produce desserts of a distinguishable quality. Beginning with local restaurants we developed relations with head chefs by working to match their menus or to solve a catering enquiry. Given the movement of chefs in the industry our reputation grew to a point where our desserts are trusted by some of the most resplendent venues in the Welsh capital inclusive of; the Park Plaza, the Vale resort, Cardiff City Hall and the Town & Country collective amongst others. Our personal relations have meant we have retained the local restaurants on which our company was built and our consistent quality has been recognised with consecutive great taste award success for the years; 2014, 2015, 2016 & 2017. Upon supply to the local government we are audited annually by SGS whilst maintaining a food hygiene rating of 5 and as of 2017 we are SALSA accredited (No. 5593). Our new product development is forever progressing which has allowed a growth of ranges which are suitable for new markets, credit to our team of local pastry chefs. Our frozen range is continually developing whilst we proudly offer specialised ranges such as; welsh desserts which contain authentic welsh elements or our unique range of afternoon tea boxes. We offer a collaborative service which is sustained on trust and quality produce.
