Mighty Sprouts was developed with the care and mindfulness that only a nurse could provide! Our team, under the leadership of our Director, Jeralen Mascarinas RN, has a background of nursing and understands the time and care needed for our students. Unlike many early childhood education centers, we can happily say we have a nurse on staff and our team is trained to provide a high level of attention and care to each one of our students. As educators, we are not only implementing best practices for early childhood education, but we are also reviewing interactions with our students and continuously thinking of innovative ways to further their development. By combining the care and attentiveness needed in the nursing field with the experience and passion of our teachers, we have developed a program that leaves our parents’ minds at ease when they leave their kids at Mighty Sprouts Montessori!
