We are a boutique Pilates studio in Clearwater/St. Petersburg, FL that believes in holistic wellness and whole body health that enriches the body, mind, and spirit. We believe that movement is powerful medicine and want to help everyone move their best - everyday! We also believe in lifting each other up and giving back to the community. That's why our pledge from day one has been to donate a portion of all membership sales to local charities in the Tampa/Clearwater/St. Petersburg area.
