Rang De Zindagi is a non-governmental organization aimed at providing fundamental education to every child at selected charity run/ government elementary schools of Indore (M.P.). The organization is running smoothly and growing since 2011 and has 10 working centres at present with more than 120 volunteers. The desideratum of the organization is to teach fundamental mathematics to the underprivileged children and bring them to a platform where they can comprehend things in a better way. RECRUITMENT PROCESS- The selection is done by a formal interview to assess the teaching skills. The recruitments are done at regular intervals every year.
