Unitec was founded in 1997 and Ceasornicului 17 is the company's 4th construction project. The project was created out of passion and the desire to create an office building with high technical endowments, thus providing the clients with a pleasant and representative work environment. In 2015, the building was completely refurbished and has a leasable area of 2500sqm, including generous communal spaces, reception, a business lounge and terraces. It is currently 100% leased.
