Winter Systems Computers has been serving personal and business computer needs in the Duluth/Superior area since November of 1988. First operating as a home based business then moving into the Business Incubation Center on the UW-Superior campus in January of 1990. Winter Systems was the first tenant of the Business Incubation Center. Winter Systems “graduated” from the Business Incubation Center and was located downtown Superior in the Board of Trade Building from 1993 to 1997. Winter Systems has been co-located with Tri-State Business Systems since September 1st of 1997 at 2829 Banks Avenue, Superior WI. Winter Systems provides a range of IT support services and sales primarily for small business customers Northwest Wisconsin and Northeast Minnesota.
