Alpha Booking Agency is Australia's first all female and LGBTQI+ inclusive booking agency, run by female agents with the mission to support, empower and navigate a positive and successful career for women in music. Founded by Kailei Ginman in 2018, Alpha was the brainchild of a female music industry worker who had not only faced adversity as a woman in music herself, but also saw the struggles her female talent had faced over the years. Alpha will work with a roster of female and identifying artists across all genres of music and will work closely with charities for women's rights and other marginalised communities.
