HPC Housing Investment Corporation (HIC) is a dedicated Canadian lending institution designed to assist Canadian affordable housing providers in the financing of development and regeneration projects. Our mission is to deliver long-term competitive financing to housing non-profits and cooperatives to build more affordable housing and regenerate Canadian community housing portfolios. HIC was founded by 3 provincial organizations: BC Housing, Manitoba Housing and Ontario’s Housing Services Corporation.
