Growing instances of sexual harassment have caused organizations loss of reputation impacting their business and the culture of the organization in the long run. The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013 outlines measures that organizations need to adhere to at any point in time. However, compliance to the law has not really impacted the prevention of such cases within any organization. Most initiatives taken are towards compliance by book rather than prevention of sexual harassment. We believe that the issue lies in the culture of any organization. Centre for POSH works on the culture of any organization. A change in the culture is gradual and over a period of time. The solution offers a plethora of options which enables sensitization regarding “Sexual Harassment” besides facilitating an unbiased redressal. It is developed to address concerns of not only the organization but also employees.
