Sarah Dwyer, owner Chouquette Artisan Chocolates and Confections, left the business world for a year at Le Cordon Bleu in Paris and learned how to make European-style, soft and flavorful caramels. Using real ingredients: sugar, local butter and cream with natural infusions of balsamic caramel, raspberry, vanilla beans and single origin coffee beans, she creates confections with family-owned Fair-Trade Guittard chocolate.
