Acoustic & Fire Door Solutions Limited (AFDSL) is a UK based business established in 2010 that specialises in the development, marketing & distribution of 'Acoustic & Fire Door Cores' or 'Door Blanks' known as TriSound. Using components sourced our from Europe-wide partners our products are developed in the UK, in conjunction with our German partner Sauerland Spanplatte, tested under rigorous EN & BS standards and distributed by Falcon Panel Products part of The Consolidated Timber Holdings Group worldwide The focus of the business is to identify and develop new unique timber acoustic fire door products to meet UK & International demands. To date AFDSL have developed a range marketed as TriSound that includes a 60 minute fire rated Rw40dB decibel (db) acoustic rated core, a 30 minute fire rated Rw44dB acoustic rated core and a non fire rated Rw45dB core. All our cores are available as a door 'Core' or door 'Blanks'. The products are ideal for supply to door manufacturers who can apply their own cosmetic design to the door faces. These products are fully certified to EN & BS standards.
