www.bmr.uk.comBritish Medical Response (BMR) provides pre-hospital patient care to event organisers, to help them meet their legislative requirements when it comes to the provision of first aid and medical cover. We also provide white label services to other event medical providers, to help fill the gaps in their medical cover. Established in July 2017 by founder Stephen Kingham, a frontline NHS ambulance technician, to bring to the independent sector, a service that would be second to none. Our vision is to build an independent ambulance service that is focused on delivering high quality, patient focused care whilst being committed to exceeding the needs of our clients. We bring a wealth of experience when it comes to the provision of first aid and medical cover to events such as fetes, festivals, sporting events and carnivals to name but a few and our service is completely bespoke to fit your needs. This could include, but not limited to, pre-event planning and risk assessment through to deployment of medical teams and post event reports. Our staff go through rigorous checks to ensure they meet the high standards expected by our patients and clients, and these include professional registration checks for registered healthcare professionals such as Paramedics, Nurses and Doctors. We want to ensure that staff have no restrictions on their registration. All staff are required to have a current enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate and must be registered with the update service. We also require staff to maintain a Continuing Professional Development (CPD) portfolio to ensure that they are up to date with their skills and knowledge.
