Okcilium is an interim management company dedicated to the financial departments of companies (accounting, consolidation, management control, treasury) in contexts of change and transformation. We have therefore identified 3 key principles. These principles have been defined and tested during transformation missions (acquisition by investment funds, spin-offs, etc.) and crisis management (bankruptcy and restructuring): => ACCEPTANCE of what is, without procrastinating and by extension focusing on what we control (and we do not control much…). => FREE WILL, as humans, we have the ability to decide our choices and reactions and not to respond automatically to a situation. => RESPONSIBILITY, we are solely responsible for what happens to us, whatever the circumstances.
