Trumsy is an edtech startup and marketplace for pre-teens and teenagers. At Trumsy, we are on a mission to help pre-teens and teenagers get more organised and build social skills essential for a happy and successful life. We plan to do this by gamified activity based challenges in a league format leveraging temptation bundling concepts and positive parenting.There are 3 Billion parents in the world and everyday they seek solutions to bring up their children in the best way possible. The ubiquity of the need and the education gap (parenting is not taught in any high school or graduate course) are a big opportunity for Trumsy. Our global reach means we can help parents, pre-teens and teenagers in a way that no other organisation can. Trumsy is co-founded by Sachin and Naisha, both of whom are big believers in the power of positive parenting. At Trumsy, we strive to help our employees find passion and purpose. Our physical offices are in New Delhi, however we are a fully flexible workplace supporting hybrid and remote work. In Naisha's own words, "As a pre-teen I often overlook the fact that I have to be organised. Being organised isn’t my priority. Therefore I have decided to solve this problem for me and other pre-teenagers and teenagers. Creating an app that gives us a reward for doing chores and being organised along with a challenge spree. Learn from each other some life skills and other things that we want to learn. Life should be fun and there is no reason learning can't be that way. Trumsy is a "by kids for kids" attempt at re-imagining skills outside our school curriculum. e.g. how many of us want to have our own channels, be a creator and have a following. Moreover, I wish our parents were more tech savvy and open to learning stuff from us too."
