Rhythms of Grace provides one-on-one spiritual direction from a protestant/evangelical theological framework. Spiritual direction is the ministry of one mature believer coming alongside another believer's spiritual journey for the benefit for the one seeking direction. Our meetings are private and confidential. Candidates for spiritual direction are those who want to examine their life with God and those who are willing to openly share about their prayer experiences. The focus of our conversation is one's prayer life and one's experiences of God in everyday life.
