At Level-C Solutions, we have developed an Independent Agent concept and applied it to the services industry. This approach gives us a completely different level of flexibility, as well as the ability to help implement alternative solutions chosen. Once the job description is clarified and the candidate profile is determined - we broker the deal, engage the service providers, and oversee the services delivered. Then we help our client decide the best method of engaging those candidates to bring onto their team. Options include Direct Hire, Temp-to-Hire, Interim / Fractional Assignments or Contract Staffing Engagement. Supporting services include Signature’s Back Office/Employer of Record Solutions, Amazech Solutions for IT applications development and staff augmentation, plus Multiple recruiting and search service relationships throughout the country for special hard-to-fill positions. Level-C Solutions supports the management and leadership of companies by working in an External COO consulting manner - looking at the business needs from the client's side of the table. We are designed to serve as a compliment to the Ownership and/or the Internal Management Team…giving you time to focus on your key objectives and opportunities while we help fill in the gaps during times of constantly changing business conditions.
