Storyville Films is a production company founded by Oren Jacoby to develop and create documentaries, dramas, and series driven by strong personal narratives of conscience, courage and innovation. Documentary films and series produced by Storyville have played in theatrical release and premiered on the BBC, PBS, ABC, TBS, Discovery, Turner, Arté, NHK (Japan) and Bloomberg. Storyville documentaries are currently available on DVD home video release from First Run Features, New Video/Docurama, Sony, Wellspring Image, and PBS Home Entertainment. Storyville and Oren Jacoby have produced films for the award-winning series American Masters, Great Performances, Stage on Screen, The Irish in America, The Second Russian Revolution, Idols of the Game, National Geographic Explorer, and Turning Point.
