We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization supporting teenage girls and students to overcome global challenges and develop international careers. Our 5 international programs impact over 80,000 young women annually. Our founder Zofia Kierner started our first program, Girls English Ready, at 8 years old through which we have now collected and donated over 50,000 English resources for underprivileged schools, orphanages, and hospitals. Our Girls Global Ready program annually connects 100 girls from Poland with English-speaking mentors from the US to encourage a global mindset. Our HerStory Program gives girls access to mentors from fields that develop tangible projects through which they gain experience that they can put on their resumes. Our Masterclasses have inspired and taught over 500 girls about different future career fields. For the fight against stereotypical thinking of girls, and influencing systematic changes in the Polish educational system, Zofia Kierner named the most influential activist by Vogue and a Rising Star Ambassador of Polish Innovation. But most importantly, as we know that network is everything, we have fostered a Girls Future Ready community which includes thousands of young girls that come together to develop crucial skills, focus on innovation, and make their mark on the world.
