Canaan Land is an Abidjan-based start-up company whose mission is to feed Côte d'Ivoire by developing a model of sustainable and inclusive agriculture that benefits small women farmers while respecting the environment. Canaan Land provides women with training in sustainable agriculture and entrepreneurship, adapted tools and inputs, and secure access to cultivable land. Finally, Canaan Land facilitates their access to the market by purchasing and marketing all their production in exchange for a stable income. Canaan Land aims to replicate its model on a large scale in Côte d'Ivoire and West Africa through a franchise model.
