TJ Consulting Limited was founded in 2017 by John Tjeerdsma, P.Eng. After more than 15 years serving the residential land development industry in varying and escalating roles, John decided to take that experience and package it into the form of his own land development consulting firm. The goal of TJ Consulting is to foster positive, long-term relationships between developers, municipalities, agencies, and stakeholders while delivering projects that are sustainable, cost effective, timely and innovative.
