The mission of this podcast is to humanize diversity one story, one conversation at a time. We recognize that lives are negatively impacted when diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging are done "wrong" and the positive impact on people when they are done "right". People should be the ultimate driver for diversifying the workplace. Unfortunately, the voices of the underrepresented are often lost and ignored. Each episode of the Voices of Diversity podcast will bring you the stories and experiences of those who are underrepresented. Through powerful stories, we will share the impact of diversity done right and wrong on those who identify as being underrepresented. We will give a VOICE to diversity.
