We save leftover bread from being treated as waste and build an ecosystem around this resource. Rebread is a startup based in Cracow, connected with Handelek brand, whose story started from wondering how to waste less bread from our artisan bakery. We collected 500 kilo of bread for 6 months and turned it into top quality product - crafted vodka from bread (polish Okowita). By partnering with artisan bakeries we collect stale, unsold bread and save it's great value. Next plans: other products - cosmetics, packaging.
