Talentino has a vision to deliver the highest quality Career Guidance & Career Development experience to young people across the country. We train people from schools/colleges/academies, Housing Associations, Businesses and volunteers to become Early Career Coaches. Our aim is to get ALL young people, no matter their background, interested in their career path, through a tailored face-to-face model. "IT'S IN THE BOX!" - was created for mainstream children. It enables them to: - explore the widest range of career opportunities, with equal status given to non-university routes - have face-to-face support on a regular basis - improve their 'employability' and the skills needed for the world of work by using a model influenced by businesses and employers. "CAREERS AT EVERY LEVEL" - was created for young people with learning difficulties with a SEN Specialist School. Our programme & resources were built to help young people develop work-related skills for independent living, and to increase the likelihood of getting paid work after school.
