Our firm is different than most other rep firms in that our goal is not to see how big we can be, but rather to deliver "performance repping." We do things for our publishers they can't do for themselves or don't want to do themselves. We would rather do a few things extraordinarily well than a lot of things in an average sort of way. Our corporate philosophy is to grow our business by growing the business of the companies we represent. We don't force our publishers to accept a set form of service. Instead, we mold our service to fit their needs. If straight representation is all that's required, we provide it. If ad sales management, staffing across the whole country and marketing services are required, we'll do that, too. Whatever it takes to make our principals successful, we'll do. In fact, we act as though we are members of your staff. At your request, we send regular formal written call reports or ACT notes. Plus, we communicate on a regular basis via phone and email. We always tell the truth, directly and on a timely basis, good or bad. We believe that if you don't understand the reality of the territory, then it is very unlikely either of us will be successful.
