Scott & Ritter, Inc. is the direct descendant of the utility division of Scotty’s Contracting, Inc. Scott & Ritter, Inc. was formed in 1982 and is run as an open shop company. We specialize in storm and sanitary sewers, water facilities, underground electric facilities, gas lines and highway work. In addition, we perform a considerable amount of site construction, blasting, heavy mechanical construction, water and wastewater treatment plant construction. We cater to work in our immediate vicinity, but we consider our working radius within 200 miles of Bowling Green, Kentucky.
