The Welfare Division of Turku City produces services that increase health and well-being for the residents of Turku. The Welfare Division consists of three service areas and two functions. Health services, family and social services, and the services for seniors and the disabled are service areas. The divisional administration and the Hospital District of Southwest Finland are functions.
