EaRN empowers job seekers and career changes through training volunteers to help people find satisfying and meaningful work. We equip and support volunteers to walk alongside people who are asking for help in the area of reemployment and career direction. We are also nationally recognized for our 15+ years facilitating and promoting our "Work Search Roundtable" weekly job club and career coaching events. In 2011 we joined with the Center for Faith-Based and Neighborhood Partners at the U. S. Department of Labor in promoting and training churches and faith-based organizations to minister to their communities by launching, operating and sustaining a job clubs outreach effort, including in March 2012 EaRN Affiliate Redeemer Covenant Church in Caledonia, Michigan hosting a regional "Job Clubs Symposium".
