Our fashion accessories & interior fabrics are unique and developed exclusively for each customer. All our products are made in Belgium and produced according to the highest ethical and environmental standards. The development of new products encompasses the selection of yarn types and composition based on the objectives of the "studio" in terms of pricing, softness, size and other key attributes. The sourcing of raw materials and dyeing is carefully monitored and exclusively carried out within the EU, in full compliance with the REACH regulations. For all of the raw materials (yarns) we are able to supply environmental or ethical certifications such as FSC, RWS, GOTS etc...which allows us to taylor the final product according to the customer's objectives The design process starts with CAD sytems whereby the final product look is simulated with dedicated Jacquard software. Through an iterative process and communication the design of the final product is refined until it matches the customer's expectations. Upon completion of the CAD design process, the weaving of one or multiple protoypes is carried out by our in-house weaving department and submitted to the "studio" for approval. The production orders are woven in our Belgian based factory and go through a very stringent qualtiy control, prior to move on to our in-house workshop where all final steps including the cutting, QC, labeling, packing steps are carried out.
