Bike 4 Health was established in 2014 as a Community Interest Company, setup to enable children, adults, communities and businesses to experience and develop how they can incorporate cycling into their everyday lives and activities. Our professionally qualified staff use their knowledge and experience to deliver a range of programmes suitable for individuals, groups, children, adults, schools, organisations and businesses. Are aim is to democratise cycling making it easy for everyone to cycle as part of everyday life. The benefits of cycling are many and by building riders’ confidence and experience on the bike they all benefit in terms of personal development and physical and mental well being whilst enjoying new adventures near and far. Our riders go on to inspire the next participants and ultimately contribute positively towards changing our cycling and transport environment.
