This program includes yoga, meditation, interactive group activities, and the design & completion of a final service project. It is taught by facilitators in yoga studios, fitness institutions, and community centers. • Our College Program is an eating disorder prevention program that provides students with a variety of mind-body tools for cultivating a healthy relationship with food, body, and self. It includes yoga, meditation, interactive group activities, and the design & completion of a final service project. It is taught by faculty and staff in universities, schools, and colleges. • Our Clinical Program teaches individuals struggling with acute-level eating disorders important long-term recovery skills, including yoga and mindfulness-based exercises for emotional regulation; meditations to access, monitor, and trust the body's hunger and fullness signals; and psycho-educational information to prevent relapse. It is taught by eating disorder professionals in clinical settings as an adjunct to traditional forms of treatment.
