Richard and Marilyn McCann began ServiceMaster of Defiance in 1969. Their son Mike joined the business that same year. In 2005, Mike’s son Brandon also became part of the family business. In 2006, the McCann’s bought the Wood County ServiceMaster franchise also to broaden their territory. Through the years the family business has grown tremendously. With 44 years as a ServiceMaster Clean franchise, the McCann’s decided to personalize the family business name to ServiceMaster by McCann. ServiceMaster by McCann now consist of 80 employees and is continually looking for the opportunity to grow in the restoration and cleaning business.
