Proud Member of LCI Education network With LCI Education network, international students who wish to learn English will now have the opportunity to choose from or even divide their English language studies between two schools in two different Canadian cities: the Languages Across Borders in Montreal and Languages Across Borders in Vancouver, and ultimately pursue a career college training at either LaSalle College in Montréal, Inter-Dec College or LaSalle College Vancouver.
