The company was founded in 2009, aiming to promote and distribute their own brand energy drink – Asyixe. After initial successes, it was decided that a good market position, as well as knowledge and experience in building and positioning brands, used to establish partnerships with leading companies in the world of premium spirits. The year 2012 concluded agreements on representation of some of the world’s most exclusive brands, and thus began a new chapter in the history of the company.
