Foundation for Inclusive Community Help (FICH) is a grass-roots non-profit organization in Uganda. After the end of the Lord's Resistance Army conflict in Northern Uganda, FICH was established in response to the need for economic development and gender equity among affected peoples. Since then, FICH has focused on developing the skills of youth and women in order to contribute to healthy, sustainable, and thriving community.
