Founded by a group of women in their 20s, Synergist is revitalizing the traditional “women in finance” network by joining forces to help young women build connections across industries, meet with company founders and CEOs, and accelerate their investing careers. Unlike existing women's networks which cater to more established women in finance, Synergist centers around female investors in the first decade of their professional careers. We believe that by connecting women early in their careers and exposing them to a variety of events and resources, we can increase the likelihood that they pursue opportunities that they are passionate about, leading to greater success longer term.
