At Grace Barker Health, we provide a comprehensive menu of elder services and living accommodations to meet a broad range of needs, from long-term skilled nursing care and rehabilitation to assisted living and adult day health. Because our services share one campus, we are able to provide continuity of care as a person ages in place, and this makes us unique in the East Bay. A familiar environment of friends and surroundings allows a person to make a smooth transition from one service to another. We are locally and family-owned and operated in Warren, Rhode Island. For us, being in the East Bay area is about more than running a business. We live and work here, and this community is our home and has been our home for generations. Our family has been providing elder services in this community since 1966.
