Unifill Textile Mills Ltd (UTML) is 100% woven fabric manufacturer for Apparel Fashion Industries. UTML has the potential to produce a variety of finest woven fabrics. Product mix ranges from light to heavy, mostly 6s to 60s yarn count, narrow to wider width, Plain, Textured, Slub, Twills, Twisted, Luxurious satins, dobby, ottoman, Bedford cord, Rip-stop, Herringbone, yarn dyed, stretch fabrics and other weaves. Raw materials such as yarns and sizing chemicals are sourced locally and internationally maintaining the international quality parameters. We also offer BCI and Organic yarn based fabrics to our customers. To reduce lead time and fast turnaround, UTML maintain an inventory of 100 Tons yarns per month in different counts. Most of the yarns are imported from renowned spinning mills from South East Asia. The weaving plant of UTML produces 12 million meters a year of different widths on 136 latest Japanese Toyota and Tsudokoma Air Jet looms. Our product development team is producing new designs and articles to cater for the ever-changing fashion industry needs. The processing plant produces fabrics in PFD/RFD and range of exciting colors, dyeing in reactive and pigment to cater to the varying quality, performance and end-use related demands. Printing is carried on Zimmer 12 color rotary machine. Diversity can be achieved by using pigment or reactive dyestuff. We also have an in-house design facility for quick turnaround of strike offs and samples. Finishing materials and technical expertise can produce variety of popular finishes including soft finish, hard finish, carbon peach, heavy peach, chintz finish, easy care, wrinkle free, water repellent, oil repellent, soil release, Teflon, stain resists, Nano care, paper touch, anti-bacteria finish etc.
