hr-4uinc.
www.hr-4u.orgWe are a charitable 501(c)3 Nonprofit on a mission to remove the roadblocks that prevent people from finding living-wage employment. We develop Employer-Partner relationships with companies that are already exhibiting equitable, forward-thinking behaviors that align with our mission. We share the employer's story online at hr-4u.org to highlight their efforts. A brief statement, crafted by the employer, shares their hiring philosophies and equitable practices. We also include a link to the employer's web page. We create videos, and repost videos we have permission to post, of the successes within the organization's hiring process to be seen and highlighted on our website and promoted on our social media outlets, as well. These videos can be about the hiring process itself, what it's like to work at an Employer-Partner company, or specifically about highlighting an individual's path within the company. We share through video, social media platforms, speaking engagements, and other outlets, valuable insights and data analysis that relates to the impact equitable hiring has on our Employer-Partners, other businesses, communities, and the world. By highlighting companies with equitable hiring practices and sharing narratives of the impact created from these behaviors, we will create a signal beacon for others to follow. The light created from positive behaviors will be transformational. More companies will be moved to join the fight towards equitable behaviors, spreading the benefits to all communities. These communities will gravitate towards employers that understand the value of equitable practices, creating even more hiring opportunities. As communities benefit from these behavioral changes, we will purposely begin to tackle homelessness, poverty, crime, and other dire issues that can arise from individuals not being able to find living wage employment.
